No Extra Fee for Gainesville Incalls Anymore. Here's What's Changed

So you might've noticed the form on my website looks a little different lately. The change is because I finally have a proper incall space here in Gainesville. I've been having fun putting it together. Thinking about furniture, figuring out where the light hits best, thinking through ideas for decorating it so it feels like me when you walk in. I'm leaning into heavy textures and deep colors, things that photograph well but also feel intense when you're actually standing there. I want it to become a space I enjoy spending time in.

There's something about having a dedicated room that changes the energy. No setup delays, no wondering if I have what I need within arm's reach. Everything is already there. If I want to shift from teasing to full restraint, the chain is right there. If a medical scene starts building, I don't have to pause to hunt for a tool. The momentum stays exactly where it should be, which makes a difference in how immersive things get.

I've restructured how location fees work because of it. If you're booking a dungeon incall, there's no extra location fee anymore. You're just covering the session tribute. The only time an incall fee applies is if we're doing a hotel session, since that's a different arrangement with its own costs.

I've also been slowly filling the space with new equipment. More bondage implements, an expanded medical play setup, and more sissy outfit options than I've had before. I'm close to having a St. Andrew's cross finished, which is something I've wanted for a while. It's going to open up a lot of possibilities for restraint and positioning that I haven't been able to do as easily before.

Once everything is fully in place, I'll probably film a little walkthrough or some clips. For now, I'm just enjoying having a dedicated space where everything is exactly where I need it to be and where the vibe feels right before anyone even knocks on the door.
